Electrical installation condition report
The electrical installation condition report (EICR) is a basic safety and condition report of electrical supply that will need to be undertaken at various points during the life of your home. You may also hear this referred to as a periodic inspection report (PIR), which it was previously known as.Your electrician will inspect the fuse box (consumer unit) at your home, look at some sockets and switches and inspect some fittings.
The electrician will turn electrical items on and off in your house or flat to make sure everything is working as it should.
